Digital delivery
Paid packages are delivered through short-lived authenticated download links. The published checkout flow identifies the plan, price, renewal, cancellation, and delivery terms before payment. Stripe processes payment and billing events.
Refunds and cancellation
The refund and cancellation rules shown at checkout and in this policy apply subject to applicable consumer law and payment-provider rules. Deleting an Unoctu account does not automatically cancel a Stripe subscription.
